We are seeking a talented and driven Middle/Senior Data Engineer to join our team and make a significant impact on exciting, data-focused projects. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in defining the direction and ensuring the success of our data-driven initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and features, aligning them with business objectives.
• Participate in system design and technology selection, identifying optimal tools and frameworks for the project.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics, machine learning, and reporting systems.
• Integrate data systems seamlessly with front-end or back-end applications.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance throughout all processes
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous process improvements.
• Effectively manage timelines, priorities, and project deliverables.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills in addressing challenges. Continuously self-learn and adapt to emerging technologies and best practices.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate across teams and convey technical concepts clearly.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree with major: Computer science or data science
• Working experience: 3 years working as a data engineer
• Required skills: Programming skills necessary for data analysis, such as Python, Excel, and SQL
• Experience building and evaluating machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, etc.)
• Understanding statistical methods (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis) and basic mathematics (linear algebra, calculus)
• Experience using data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, etc.)
• Understanding data preprocessing and feature engineering High motivation to learn and research skills sufficient to understand the domain in the short term
• Overall, high logical and critical thinking ability
• Practical experience in application development (either back-end or frontend)
• Experience building cloud environments AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Business consulting experience (management, sales, etc.)
