• Manage and take responsibility for the team's daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Ensure the team's KPI metrics on an hourly and daily basis (Monitor KPIs hourly to provide timely support to the team).
• Drive performance to achieve sales targets.
• Support and guide team members in handling difficult situations and provide direction for improving business results.
• Prepare reports on team activities, daily tasks, and necessary support.
• Record feedback from the team regarding customer complaints about products, gifts, shipping, etc.
• Perform certain managerial tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Online Sales, preferably in retail or e-commerce
• In-depth knowledge of online sales channels
• Leadership, management, and staff training skills
• Good problem-solving and situation-handling skills
• Ability to analyze and propose solutions to improve and optimize online sales activities
• High sense of responsibility, ability to motivate and manage sales teams
• Ability to monitor and track records.
