As a Senior Project/Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end project/product development lifecycle. Leverage your extensive experience and technical expertise to assess project estimates, review technical specifications, and oversee architecture, networking plans, security, scalability, and infrastructure activities. Your role involves managing and motivating cross-functional teams, presenting to clients, writing compelling project proposals, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients, executives, and developers to discuss project parameters.
• Analyze client's needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
• Research and follow technical trends, making recommendations on new technologies.
• Plan project roadmaps, define scope, allocate resources, and set deadlines.
• Obtain client acceptance of project deliverables and manage project budgets.
• Assess and address technical risks, lead the project team, and supervise each stage.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests, serving as a liaison for communication.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
• Deliver completed software products to clients and mentor Junior Product/Project Managers.

Job Requirements:

1. Language Proficiency:

• Professional Working Proficiency in French (C2 level or equivalent).
• Additionally, Professional Working Proficiency in English (TOEIC 900+, IELTS 7.5+) OR Fluent/Native proficiency in Vietnamese.

2. Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

3. Professional Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development, project delivery, or software project management.

4. Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication, motivational, and collaboration skills.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking skills.

Nice to Have:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience working with software/web development teams.
• Preferred: Native-level proficiency in French communication.
• Preferred: Relevant certifications (PMP, Management, Agile, etc.).
• Preferred: Experience with Jira and Atlassian tools.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Experience implementing practices such as Total Product Maintenance (TPM), Scrum, technical Product Management Systems (PMS), and Agile systems.
