Job Description
- Studies, analyses and reports all variances relating to costs and inventory management within the Hotel.
- Manages the hotel inventory process on a monthly basic.
- Supervises the daily receiving and storekeeping activities.
- Be responsible for the storage, inventory and safekeeping of all stock and fixed assets of the Hotel.
- Insures that a physical count of all merchandise held on inventory takes place at the end of business each month.
- Ensures the smooth and efficient operation of Cost Control, Store rooms and Receiving and to assist management in keeping the cost of food, beverage and other supplies to the minimum.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar field in Hospitality Industry.
- Strong leadership, training and management capability.
- Excellent communications skill both in English and Vietnamese.
