Job Description
- Design, develop, direct, and control organization’s comunication strategy to enhance the organization’s reputation with the public, the media, employees, investors, and shareholders.
- Directs publicity preparation and releases; maintains favorable relations with the media; reviews and approves speeches, articles and public statements to the media.
- Coordinates the preparation of reports and presentations to shareholders and investors.
- In charge of corporate brand positioning, development of brand, oversees corporate communications and branding in various online and print platforms.
- Manage crisis communications.
- Responsible for directing, planning and implementing the organization's internal public relations programs.
- Plan ad-hoc projects related to corporate communications (includes all press events, seminars & conferences, ceremonies, magazine publications, company events, corporate social responsibility, etc).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in communications and public relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to write, edit, proof read and deliver written communications.
- Strong ability to build relationships, influence and communicate with ease at all levels.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Excellent managerial and organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented, energetic, efficient, resourceful team player with a dedication to excellence.
