Job Overview and Responsibilities

We seek a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the entire technology strategy and execution across multiple domains, including AI, financial services, blockchain, and decentralized platforms. As CTO, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products, driving innovation, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure systems across all business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the company’s technical strategy and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
• Oversee scalable, secure architecture and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, instilling a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Mitigate security risks and ensure data protection standards.
• Guide R&D and innovation pipelines to prototype and launch AI and blockchain-powered features.
• Work closely with business units and stakeholders to support technology-enabled business goals.
• Maintain relationships with key vendors and external tech partners.

Required Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering; 5+ years in a technology leadership role.
• Hands-on experience leading the architecture and development of scalable software solutions.
• Experience in e-commerce, decentralized platforms, or AI-based solutions.
• Strong command of Java, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, AngularJS or Ember.js.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, Docker, REST APIs.
• Experience with databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Solid track record in building and scaling tech teams and enterprise systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.
