Job Description
- Responsible for managing the financial and accounting reports.
- Prepare financial reports, tax reports, other reports and accounting books.
- Review and approve financial documents and reports, accounting entries, accounting and tax reports according to the regulations of the company, tax department and state.
- Management of proper internal controls over cash receipts, receivables, payables, advances, expenses, fixed assets.
- Provide finance leadership and manage the finance team effectively, to ensure that the department is performing their tasks diligently and correctly.
- Graduated from University or College majoring in accounting, or Boki Accounting Degree from Level 3
- Experience accounting experience in a company with more than 50 employees.
- Quick, good communication, sociable with people around.
- Have a sense of responsibility, withstand high pressure, have leadership, organization and work arrangement skills.
- Want to stick and develop a long-term career with the company.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and Excel.
- Willing to go training onsite in Japanese for 3 to 6 months
