Business Solutions Analyst

The Business Solutions Analyst will play a crucial role in growing the company’s revenue through proposing effective pricing solutions to convert qualified business opportunities into client partners. You will also assist the marketing and sales decision-making by providing insights on client needs and potential segments, and suggesting solutions for the Department Head to accelerate business growth.

Accountability/Responsibility:

Primary accountability (lead role):

• Engage with potential clients to collect and analyze clients’ requirements and create comprehensive service rate cards.
• Prepare business proposal to effectively illustrate eton’s value propositions and solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• Update client requirements to internally share with related Departments prior to client onboarding.
• Manage and monitor contracts and appendixes.
• Work with implementation team during new client onboarding to ensure proper pricing configuration setup.
• Prepare quotation for new services from existing clients.
• Provide billing guidance to Billing team to ensure service fee accurately invoiced to clients.

Secondary accountability (assisting role to support the Department Head):

• Lead qualification
• Proposal development
• Project management (client onboarding, API integration, operations transition planning)

Other business solutions duties may be needed.

Expertise:

• 1-3 year(s) of working experience in data analytics, sales, or marketing
•  Logistics industry experience preferred
