Job Description

  • Assessing and analyzing business processes, proactively identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Leading continuous reviews of business processes and formulating strategies for optimization.
  • Facilitating meetings and presentations to share insights and discoveries.
  • Conducting thorough requirements analysis and documenting the outcomes for clear communication.
  • Effectively conveying insights and plans to cross-functional teams and management.
  • Extracting crucial information from stakeholder meetings to generate informative reports.
  • Collaborating closely with clients, technical teams, and managerial staff.
  • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior team members.
  • Efficiently allocating resources while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring that proposed solutions align with business needs and requirements.
  • Conducting user acceptance testing to validate solutions.
  • Managing projects, creating project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Implementing and updating procedures to ensure consistency.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs.
  • Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities effectively.
  • Overseeing deliverables and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
  • Undertaking additional tasks as directed by the Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus
  • Fluent in Korean (Topik 5)
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst and service planning
  • Capable of composing development plans and carrying out independent tasks effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in planning content for PC/Mobile games and enhancing live services
  • Understanding the global gaming industry and its services
  • Proficiency in communicating with several departments that work together, such as development and business
  • Demonstrates a proactive work attitude, leadership qualities, and logical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in writing Market Requirements Documents (MRD), Product Requirements Documents (PRD), and plans.
  • Competent in using MS Office tools.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of C++
  • Excellent comprehension of development logic
