Receive request & feedback of users, do investigation, update document and share knowledge to other teams to make improvements of an innovative solution for the pharmaceutical market

Daily operation contains (but not limited):

• Take charge of incidents and requests, process and monitor them until they are completed
• Analyse the root causes of interrupted services
• Update technical documents
• Share knowledge to devs & QC teams
• Meeting with the team to decide & assign task
• Brainstorming how to improve UI/UX of the systems, how to make users happy or improve the performance of operation departments
• Coordinate with other teams to collect requirement & feedback
• Training users to use new features; monitor until users use them completely smooth

• 3rd/4th year student of Computer science, Information technology, software development or related field  
• Excellent documentation skills. 
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 
• Experience creating detailed reports. 
• A track record of following through on commitments. 
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• Internship allowance: 3.000.000 VND/month
