Job Description

Brand Management:

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies for the UV category.
  • Support the planning and implementation of product launches and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to optimize online presence, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies.


  • Oversee e-commerce activities, ensuring optimal product representation and user experience on digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to manage online inventory and fulfill orders.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance data to drive improvements in sales and customer satisfaction.

Trade Marketing:

  • Develop trade marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales in retail environments.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to plan and execute in-store promotions and merchandising initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to maximize brand presence and performance.


  • Cosmetic Brand Experience: Previous experience working with a cosmetic brand is essential.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • E-Commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce business models, platforms, and best practices.
  • Trade Marketing Proficiency: Understanding of trade marketing principles and experience in executing trade marketing strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
