Senior Backend Developer (Golang)

• Develop and implement low-latency trading systems designed to handle real-money transactions.
• Assume ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from architectural design through to deployment.
• Engineer essential modules for market data feeds, order execution, and comprehensive risk management.
• Translate quantitative trading strategies from mathematical models into production-grade, operational code.

Must have:

• A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
• A high level of proficiency in English is a critical and non-negotiable requirement.
• Advanced programming skills in Go, with a strong emphasis on concurrency and performance optimization.
• Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining distributed systems in a live production environment.
• Experience with SQL databases and WebSocket for real-time data stream processing.
• A high degree of autonomy and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with low-latency or High-Frequency Trading (HFT) systems.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Docker.
• A solid understanding of financial markets.
