Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the creative visual direction for all brand communication and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain brand visual identity across all platforms: digital, social media, website, print, and advertising.
• Supervise and mentor designers, motion designers, and creative team members.
• Create and approve creative concepts for campaigns, branding, ads, social media, and commercial projects.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to ensure visual consistency and business goals alignment.
• Oversee the full creative process from concept development to final execution.
• Review and approve all visual outputs to ensure high quality and brand compliance.
• Manage creative timelines, workloads, and resource allocation.
• Work with external vendors such as production houses, photographers, videographers, and printing partners when needed.
• Follow and apply the latest design, branding, and creative trends.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative Design, with at least 2 years in a leadership/Art Director role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, social media, and campaign work.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, color theory, and branding systems.
• Experience leading and developing creative teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong time-management and project-management abilities.
• Creative mindset with strategic thinking.
• Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus.
