Job Description
Role Overview: Focuses on the technical production of high-quality construction drawings and detailed 3D models.
Mô tả chung: Tập trung vào việc triển khai kỹ thuật, sản xuất các bộ bản vẽ thi công chất lượng cao và phát triển các mô hình 3D chi tiết.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Drawing: Produce detailed architectural floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details using AutoCAD and Revit.
Model Management: Update and maintain the BIM model throughout the project lifecycle.
Compliance: Ensure all drawings follow CAD/BIM standards and layering conventions.
Documentation: Assist architects in preparing "As-Built" drawings and tender documentation.
Amendments: Rapidly incorporate design changes and site variations into the master drawings.
Nhiệm vụ chính
- Triển khai bản vẽ kỹ thuật: Thực hiện chi tiết các bản vẽ sơ đồ mặt bằng kiến trúc, bản vẽ mặt cắt, bản vẽ mặt đứng và các chi tiết xây dựng bằng phần mềm thiết kế AutoCAD và Revit.
- Quản lý mô hình: Cập nhật và duy trì mô hình BIM xuyên suốt các giai đoạn của dự án.
- Đảm bảo tính tuân thủ: Đảm bảo toàn bộ bản vẽ tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn CAD/BIM và quy ước phân lớp ( layering convetions)
- Hồ sơ dự án: Hỗ trợ Kiến trúc sư chuẩn bị bản vẽ hoàn công và hồ sơ đấu thầu.
- Chỉnh sửa thiết kế: Tiếp nhận và xử lý nhanh các thay đổi thiết kế và thay đổi hiện trường (các điều chỉnh về thiết kế hoặc biện pháp thi công phát sinh trực tiếp tại công trường) vào bản vẽ chính.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or Drafting.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành Kiến trúc, Xây dựng hoặc các khóa đào tạo Họa viên kiến trúc bài bản.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in architectural drafting, specifically for the construction industry.
- Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm về triển khai bản vẽ kiến trúc, đặc biệt là trong lĩnh vực xây dựng.
Software Skills:
Expert level: AutoCAD and Revit (BIM).
Kỹ năng phần mềm:
- Thành thạo (Expert level): AutoCAD và Revit (BIM).
Secondary: Photoshop or 3ds Max for basic visualization.
- Kỹ năng bổ trợ: Photoshop hoặc 3ds Max để phục vụ minh họa/phối cảnh cơ bản.
Core Skills: High attention to detail, understanding of construction materials/methods, and ability to meet tight submission deadlines.
- Kỹ năng cốt lõi:
