Job Description
- Working hours: Monday - Sartuday, 08:15 - 17:15 (Sartuday: 08:15 - 12:00), twice holiday per month.
- Support to deliver new features of software or engineering solution of CATIA, ABAQUS, JMAG... to customer.
- Perform troubleshooting for customer, select and explain best solution to solve problem.
- Perform fundamental and advance training course for CAD/CAE software, following customer's requirement.
- Work cooperation with Sale and System team for expanding company business.
- Join in webinar and training online regularly with solution developed company for updating new function, upskill.
- Working in flexible workplace environment (Office, work from home, app for team communication) and international communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering fields (Mechanical/Mechatronic/Material Engineering ...)
- Handson 5 years plus in CAD/CAE/Simulation fields (Structural Analysis, heat transfer, electromagnetic, fluid dynamics....)
- Has knowledge about FEM (Finite Element Method) and Simulation process.
- Proficient at least one of CAD/CAE software such as CATIA, ABAQUS, JMAG.
- Good communication skill in English by speaking, writing, and listening.
- Ability to work independently and with others member in team.
- Quick learner, willingness to take over responsibility.
