Model Development

• Design, build, and improve NLP and LLM models for applications such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and customer service systems.
• Conduct research and experiments to enhance NLP and LLM functionalities, staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Data Management

• Gather, preprocess, and organize large-scale datasets for model training and testing.
• Apply data augmentation techniques to enhance model performance and robustness.

Model Deployment

• Deploy and manage high-performance NLP and LLM models in production settings.
• Create APIs and services to integrate NLP and LLM features into different applications.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain specialists to deliver customized AI solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Implement monitoring systems to ensure the reliability and scalability of deployed models.
• Continuously refine and optimize models based on real-world feedback and data.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed documentation of methodologies, experiments, and outcomes.
• Present research findings and technical progress to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay informed about the latest developments in NLP, LLM, and AI research.
• Contribute to the enhancement of team processes, tools, and development methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in developing and deploying NLP and LLM models.
• Proficiency with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Mistral) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK).
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment and scaling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multilingual NLP and cross-lingual transfer learning.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD tools for ML model deployment.
• Knowledge of distributed computing and big data processing technologies (e.g., Apache Spark).
