I.Accounting

• Issue sales invoice
• Collect and verify purchase invoices, proceed with payment to supplier, payroll, tax payment.
• Manage cash book (if any) and bank account. Control accounts receivable/payable
• Coordinate with outsourcing accounting company
• Inventory and cash management
• Check the financial report (Trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
• Activities general ledger reconciliations
• Do bookkeeping the accounting transactions（experience）

Ⅱ.Others

• Communicate with Japan corporate team
• Prepare report documents to Directors (if any)
• Support translation or interpretation (if any) 
• Deal with complaints initially (if any) 

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Graduated from University, majoring in economics, and accounting.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of accounting
• Japanese proficiency
• Computer skills such as Excel is must.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in store or company by the administration department
• Worked at Japanese or International companies and experience
