• Review and process documents related to Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare weekly payment schedules and ensure timely processing.
• Compile and prepare monthly cash flow reports, categorized by payment type.
• Perform bank-related tasks, including transaction monitoring and reconciliation. Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department to support the team and other departments when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major.
• Good command of English or Japanese (Japanese preferred)
• Having 1-3 years of experience working in accounting or a related field (preferably in a foreign company)
• Proficient in office computer applications.
• Careful, punctual, with a cooperative spirit, high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork skills.
• Candidates residing in Dong Nai and the surrounding areas.

• Working at Long Duc Industrial zone (Shuttle bus: From Hang Xanh/Thu Duc/Ba Ria and Bien Hoa)
• Working days: Monday-Friday (7:45am-4:30 pm, 45' lunch break)
• The 13th months of salary
