Accountant Payable

TC MOTOR VIET NAM CO., LTD.

Perform accounting related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions:

• Prepare bank payment vouchers & cash payment vouchers and check the supporting documents.
• Matching of local invoices to PO, PR, Delivery Notes and Sales Contracts.
• Key in to Bravo Accounting system payables upon receipt of official VAT invoices and/ or customs declarations.
• Check Official VAT invoices received
• Checking of Creditor Statements and reconcile to General Ledger.
• Creditor Reconciliation and follow-up.
• Preparation of monthly oversea Loan reports for State Bank- Da Nang branch.
• Check staff claims for preparation of payments.
• Maintain schedules for main expense items, example: Rental, Electricity & Utilities usage.
• Create Account code for new suppliers in pre-set Suppliers Group that not managed by Purchasing Department.
• Check that expenses and payments are key in to correct account codes
• Assist in annual external audits, internal audit and tax audits
• To discharge duty assigned by superior from time to time.

• Qualifications: College/ Bachelor's Degree of Finance & Accounting or equivalent

Skill & Experience:

• At least 2 year of working experience in the related field..
• Strong computer skills. (Micorsoft office)
• Good in English.

• Working from Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 16:30 pm.
• Saturday: 07:30 am - 11:30 am
• Lunch paid by company (Meal allowance).
• 14 days Annual leave per year.
• 13th months salary.
