Job Responsibilities
As an Accountant, your main responsibilities include:
Inventory Accounting
- Manage daily inventory accounts
- Ensure physical stock matches accounting and system records
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare and analyze daily reports
- Reconcile inventory data between different systems and platforms
Document Review
- Check and confirm shipping documents
- Handle special cases, such as additional packaging or abnormal information
Coordination & Follow-up
- Communicate with customers, internal business units, and factories
- Follow up on abnormal or unusual inventory and logistics issues
Transportation & Delivery Verification
- Verify air freight and express delivery documents
- Track inspection details and resolve system data differences during shipment
Stocktaking & Inventory Control
- Plan and organize stocktaking activities
- Perform inventory checks and follow up on out-of-stock items
Qualifications and Experience
- Associate degree or higher
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics or related accounting work
- Familiar with warehouse accounting processes
- Experience handling inventory and accounting discrepancies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) operation
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good teamwork and cooperation skills
- Basic spoken Chinese (reading and writing not required)
- English can be used as the main working language
