Taking care of the overall finance and administrative issues for the JV including:

· Preparation of full set of accounts (from bookkeeping to input in system)

· Payment preparation and payment checking (payroll, supplier/subcontractor, employee claim sheet)

· Invoicing to client, monitor the payment from client.

· Prepare and timely submit the declaration for EIT, VAT to the tax authorized department on monthly, quarterly basic as per regulation requirement.

· Treasury (cash transfer, bonds)

· Prepare weekly, monthly finance report to management.

· Local legal compliance and other administration tasks

Requirement:

· Min 5 years relevant experience in Accounting

· Good knowledge of treasury (cross-country cash transfer)

· Familiar with Vietnam tax regulations, esp. for foreign contractors

· Good English communication (write, read, speak, listen)

· Good communication and interpersonal skill and team work

· Proficient Microsoft Office application (word, power point, excel…)

· Hard working, enthusiasm, dynamic, self-confidence to meet deadlines

· Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Experience of working in project site a preferable

· From Ba Ria – Vung Tau is an advantage

· Working experience with Multi-national Company is a plus
