Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Korean clients throughout the entire IT Outsourcing (ITO) project lifecycle, from presales and project delivery to acceptance and payment settlement.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships while consulting and proposing suitable IT solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with Presales and Delivery teams to prepare proposals, estimations, contract negotiations, and manage sales pipelines.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Delivery teams during project execution to address issues, manage change requests, and ensure compliance with contractual commitments and SLAs.
  • Monitor account performance, including revenue, billing status, payment collection, and sales forecasting.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while supporting new business development, networking, and marketing initiatives.


Requirements

  • Fluent Korean communication skills (TOPIK Level 5 or above); English proficiency is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within the IT industry, with direct exposure to Korean clients.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and deadline management skills in a dynamic project environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to consolidate information and track key metrics such as revenue, project effort, and timelines.
  • Willingness to learn IT/ITO domain knowledge and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
