Job Responsibilities

As an Accountant, your main responsibilities include:

Inventory Accounting

• Manage daily inventory accounts
• Ensure physical stock matches accounting and system records

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Prepare and analyze daily reports
• Reconcile inventory data between different systems and platforms

Document Review

• Check and confirm shipping documents
• Handle special cases, such as additional packaging or abnormal information

Coordination & Follow-up

• Communicate with customers, internal business units, and factories
• Follow up on abnormal or unusual inventory and logistics issues

Transportation & Delivery Verification

• Verify air freight and express delivery documents
• Track inspection details and resolve system data differences during shipment

Stocktaking & Inventory Control

• Plan and organize stocktaking activities
• Perform inventory checks and follow up on out-of-stock items

Qualifications and Experience

• Associate degree or higher
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics or related accounting work
• Familiar with warehouse accounting processes
• Experience handling inventory and accounting discrepancies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) operation
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good teamwork and cooperation skills
• Basic spoken Chinese (reading and writing not required)
• English can be used as the main working language
