• Oversee external communications, manage internal project coordination, and handle team-building activities.
• Take charge of project planning, monitoring progress, managing costs, and ensuring quality control.
• Complete tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of work experience, including 3 years in development and 3 years in project management.
• Proficient in Java development and knowledgeable in J2EE-based web architecture design and development processes. Extensive experience with WebMVC frameworks (e.g., Struts, Spring, Hibernate).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies, including jQuery and Ajax, and expertise in HTML/HTML5 standards, with an understanding of browser compatibility issues.
• Proficient in database design and development using DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Well-versed in software design standards, with the ability to conduct system requirements analysis and architecture design.
• Strong coding skills and the ability to train and enhance the core competencies of the development department team members.
• Excellent management, leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with a solid work ethic.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Japanese development environments.
