Mô tả công việc

Managing the telemarketing & sales team, coaching and training the staff as and when necessary
Guiding and monitoring the performance of telemarketing & sales team
Involve in meetings to discuss and implementing sales strategies
Review team performance and KPI regularly in ensuring sales target & KPI set are achieved
Compiling and presenting sales / performance reports
To complete any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Goal and result oriented
Self-starter and Self-motivated individual with Strong Organizational Skills
Previous experience working as a Telemarketing & Sales Manager is preferred
Strong Managerial and Sales skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
