Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead market expansion, build strong buyer relationships, and optimize merchandising strategies. This role requires deep expertise in garment sales (knit materials), client sourcing in the US & EU markets, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to enhance US & EU market performance.
• Identify and acquire new clients while expanding market reach.
• Manage order planning and oversee the merchandising process.
• Work closely with buyers and factories to align demand and capacity.
• Strengthen relationships with suppliers/vendors to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee bulk order control and just-in-time inventory tracking.
• Analyze sales trends and provide strategic guidance to improve figures.
• Lead and develop the sales team to support business objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in garment sales (knit materials), specializing in sourcing clients from the US & EU markets.
• Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese garment industry, manufacturing processes, and merchandising.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, garment, foreign trade, or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with supply chain optimization and vendor management.
• Strong analytical skills in sales reporting and forecasting.
