• Manage project contracts (NDAs, agreements, invoices) with internal teams.
• Maintain and optimize contract templates.
• Track financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Update customer and sales data in the CRM system.
• Communicate with clients (Japan and Vietnam) for contract confirmations.
• Support the Sales Manager in project coordination.

General Duties:

• Set KPIs and align action plans with company strategies.
• Review and adjust plans as needed, with internal approvals.
• Report progress regularly and consult with the Sales Manager.
• Improve processes through KAIZEN.
• Commit to learning for career advancement to roles like Sales Account Manager or management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in sales or administration is a plus.
• Preferably studied accounting, business, or related fields.
• Strong responsibility and eagerness to learn.
• Proactive in staying updated with industry trends.
• Languages: Japanese (JLPT N1~2 required); English (basic skills, TOEIC 600+ is a plus).
