Mô tả công việc

  • Work under the supervision of a Japanese Sales Manager as part of the newly restructured Sales Department.
  • Set and execute personal KPIs and action plans aligned with company goals and business strategies.
  • Conduct internal performance reviews and provide regular progress reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Take full responsibility for the sales performance, profit/loss, and contract management of assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
  • Present business proposals to clients, negotiate contract terms, and coordinate contract adjustments when needed.
  • Monitor monthly sales, analyze project profitability, and propose solutions to enhance revenue performance.
  • Support process optimization and continuous improvement (KAIZEN) across sales activities.
  • Work closely with the Sales Admin team to manage contracts, payments, and invoicing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales or Marketing.
  • Strong business acumen, logical thinking, and data-driven communication skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive in keeping up with market and technology trends.
  • Language Skills:
  • Japanese: JLPT N1–N2 (required)
  • English: TOEIC 600+ (practical communication skills prioritized)
  • Tools & Environment:
  • Working methods: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
  • Tools: Google Workspace, Chatwork, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Redmine
