Develop and implement innovative for product solutions that enable GoodFood to achieve its strategic objectives of BOD.
A Product Solution and Innovation Manager is responsible for developing and managing product solutions that meet customer needs. They are responsible for the entire product life cycle, from concept to launch. They must have a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop innovative solutions that meet those needs. They must also be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. The Product Solution Manager must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to quickly adapt to changing customer needs. They must also be able to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Collaborate with Category management (CM) to build the plan for Brand
- Yearly: Innovation as Food concept/ Trend
- Quarterly: Product solution/ New recipe
- Monthly: Workshop/ Demo / Product training
Research and evaluate new technologies, trends, key competitor in the industry
Monitor and analyze the performance of existing solutions
Collaborate with Category management to build customer portrait for product.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practice.
Innovate new recipe as monthly and customer apply.
Guideline for sales Potential SKUs and combo for customer type
Provide training and support to sales force and users of new solutions.
Support customers in all channel to offer the best services and also optimize their costs and demands.
Support sales to engage current customer and recruit new customer via solution to help business grow (Expand distribution, cross sales or up sales)
Manage Operation activities of Team and maximize their capability.
Responsible for KPI setting for teams for efficiency working/ tasks
POV for CM to set Price tier for brand/ product and customer type
Collaborate with Activation team to operate all event for Food Service.
Collaborate with MKT team to built community, lead generation project, …
Align and make the Processes for PSI’s task
Other tasked nominated by line manager or BOD
- Salary: The agreement depends on the capacity of the candidate when participating in the interview.

- Working location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
- Working times: From Monday to Friday (8:30 – 18:00)
