- Produce the Annual Revenue Plan, Marketing Budgets and Forecasts
- Produce Action Plan related to the Revenue Plan to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved
- Develops and implements a Sales Action Plan that is aimed to maximize revenue potentials from all market segments.
- Develops and implements the Marketing Master Plan which includes a comprehensive
- Brand Communication Plan
- Advertising, Promotions, & Events Plan
- Data Gathering by Research
- Responsible for optimizing occupancy and capacity management of all food and beverage outlets and banquet facilities (optional)
- Strategize and implements promotional programs and all packages that serve particular business objectives (food promotions, beverage promotions, etc.)
- Set, propose, and pursue sales targets, budgeted revenues for both outlets and each segments, sales executive
- Manages and builds effective relations with networks of sales distribution channels such as corporations, tours & travel, organizations & institutions, hospitality establishments, online business partners, etc.
- Provides feedback to the Executive Management on prevailing market needs, wants, trends and challenges including periodic competitor evaluation.
- Manage and guide, motivate the team
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourist/Hospitality Management, etc. or equivalent relevance to job functions
- Experience: At least 5 years in the sales profession with senior sales management in hospitality & luxury environment.
- Strong leadership and consensus building skills; sales management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a sales program.
- Sound knowledge of travel trade/corporate/meetings/conventions is essential
- Computer literate (Microsoft office)
