  • Lead the online sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Conduct effective sales pitch for potential customers
  • Manage the team to provide excellent customer experience across digital platforms
  • Continuously review and analyze sales metrics to identify and optimize opportunities for the team
  • Develop best practices for online sales
  • Ensure online sales team comply with company policies and procedures
  • Train, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives
  • 2+ years of experience in similar positions in automotive industry or in selling high-value products, with proven track record to meet and exceed goals
  • A results-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Systematic, data driven, and entrepreneurial approach to accomplishing tasks with limited resources
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities
