Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, approach, and onboard lighting manufacturing companies in China as ERP clients.
· Build partnerships and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts.
· Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for potential clients.
· Collect feedback and communicate market insights to the management team
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client onboarding and retention.
· Represent the company in exhibitions and trade shows, showcasing ERP capabilities and building brand awareness.
· Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or technology solutions.
· Experience or familiarity with the lighting industry is a strong plus.
· Strong experience in attending and participating in exhibitions and trade shows.
· Must be a Chinese national, based in China, with intermediate English proficiency and willingness to travel for client visits or trade shows.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
