• Communicate and clarify requirements via chat, email, and video meetings with clients.
• Gather requirements, perform business analysis, and write documentation including Business Requirements, Workflow, Basic Design, and Detailed Design.
• Manage projects: plan, monitor progress, control scope and quality.
• Coordinate and track development and QC teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Requirements:

• Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher (preferably strong communication skills and proficiency in writing technical documentation).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer).
• At least 2 years of experience in software project management.
• Experience working in technical roles in various positions.
• Understanding of software development processes, familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong skills in business analysis and writing basic and detailed design documents.
• Effective in organizing, planning, communication, problem-solving, and team management.
• Proactive, highly responsible, with a “can-do” mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies (AI, AWS, Cloud, etc.).
• Confident and fluent in client communications.

Preferred:

• At least 2 years of technical experience as a Software Developer (.NET, Python, PHP).
• In-depth experience with AWS.
• Experience in business optimization, with a strong business mindset and thinking.
• Managed teams of 20+ members.
• Experience living/working in Japan.
• Possession of PMP, PMI-ACP certifications or knowledge of PMBOK.
• Background in programming or testing, or experience in web, cloud, or startup projects, especially those involving AI applications.
