Mô tả công việc

  • Act as a Tier 2 Technical Support member, working closely with Tier 1 and the Customer Success team via the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Box’s Technical Team (Box Japan) when necessary.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to the Box platform.
  • Validate and test solutions, evaluate new Box features, and handle other technical support tasks as required.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Hands-on experience in operating or supporting SaaS platforms such as Box, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar services.
  • Strong technical skills in API integration, with the ability to connect Box to external systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript or Python preferred) and solid knowledge of JSON.
  • Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment (listening, reading, and writing are prioritized).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
  • Curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn, especially about cloud-based services and SaaS products similar to Box.

Additional Information

  • Prior experience with Box is not required; comprehensive training will be provided after onboarding.
  • This position operates at the Tier 2 level, collaborating with Tier 1 through a ticketing system such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
