Mô tả công việc

Human Resources:

- Develop and implement Vietnam HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation structures.

- Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.

- Organize and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Accounting:

- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounting records.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

- Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audits.

- Implement and improve accounting procedures and systems.

- Assist to implement SAGE 300 -2024 accounting system locally.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certfication (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management and accounnting roles, preferably within a similar industry or organizational size.

- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour laws, tax rules and accounting principles.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and HR management systems.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abili􀆟es.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborativvely in a dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
