Role Summary:

We are looking for an outstanding and all-rounded HR Specialist in Recruitment and C&B, who is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Your duties include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents, and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Creating a recruitment plan according to operation and sales projections.
• Maintaining onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, welcome kits, induction plans, and performance assessments.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Preparing the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjusting of the budget.
• Coordinating C&B processes like salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
• Analyzing different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and preparing reports about internal equity and external competitiveness.

• Having at least 5 years in Human Resources, specializing in Sales & Marketing positions.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical skill.
• English level: Upper-intermediate.

• 15 annual leave days plus public holidays.
• Parking allowance: 325,000 VND/month.
• Providing a laptop for working (if needed).
