Mô tả công việc

*ADMIN (34%):

  • Pick – up phone, welcome guests
  • Purchase stationery for office, water (monthly) 
  • Order name card, envelope
  • Taxi card management, collect bill and check monthly expense with Vina-sun, Grab
  • Helper service management: confirm working hours of helper and check bill from vendor
  • Correspondence management: receive & deliver, check bill end of month
  • Arrange motorbike parking in building for new employee, and check bill monthly
  • Manage and order ink of printer, photocopy: check bill and contact vendor for repairing 
  • Prepare for employee’s biz trip: air-ticket, hotel
  • Report monthly Admin expense
  • Composing/ Translating documents (if any)
  • Order flowers (if any)
  • Contact office building management for problem of facilities in office (if any)
  • Check bill of office telephone charge monthly expense
  • Check bill of car renting monthly expense
  • Be in charge of tasks involve Visa, Work Permit, Temporary Residence Card for expats (if any)
  • Main in charge company internal activities: 
  • Mid-Autumn Holiday, Christmas Day, Year-end party, New Year , Tet holiday 

*HR (66%)

  • Check and confirm time attendance & payroll of Driver with TalentNet
  • In charge of composing and send email relevant to: Announcement, welcome newcomer
  • Update Master List, Contact List, SOP List
  • Handle of issuing & filing Offer Letter, Labor Contract, Decision, Termination,...
  • Follow up and send evaluation form to manager as staff’s probation or labor contract going to be expired.
  • Arrange Orientation schedule for newcomer
  • Arrange Training schedule
  • Contact PVI Insurance when new staff join or staff resign, support staffs to make claim
  • Prepare for newcomer (parking, email, finger-print, working facilities) collect & filing profile
  • Prepare for leaver (liquidation letter & termination decision)and finalize leaver's loan (if any)
  • Record and filing HR folders carefully and retain in good condition.
  • Support recruitment:
  • (post job, arrange interview, send interview's result to candidates, update history interview)
  • Support to implement OSHMS to prevent and eliminate injury and illness to employees
  • Support of Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR)
  • Support for DSVC Culture & OSHMS project responsibilities 
  • (Company trip, team building)
  • Support for annual health checking
  • University graduation
  • At least 03 years of experience
  • English communication, presentation skill 
  • Good at Word, Excel, Power-point, MS-Team
  • Careful, honest, enthusiasm and have a sense of responsibility to work
