QUALIFICATIONS

Professional qualifications:

• Bachelor of IT software or Information Systems or Business major;
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis related experience in software development projects;
• Experience in software development life cycle (Agile scrum, Waterfall);
• Experience in in user journey of domain (Edtech, E-commerce, Fintech...);
• Having good knowledge of UI/UX (Figma, Basamig...);
• Excellent in BRS, SRS document writing.
