Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Alignment

• Collaborate closely with clients and Product Owners to thoroughly understand business requirements
• Analyze and refine requirements, translating them into Product Backlog Items (PBIs) or proactively proposing new PBIs
• Effectively communicate PBIs and business requirements to the development team
• Gather feedback from developers and coordinate discussions with the Product Owner
• Facilitate ongoing communication among clients, PO, and the development team to clarify ambiguities

Cross-functional Collaboration During Development

• Consolidate questions from development and QA teams and liaise with the Product Owner for clarification
• Prepare supporting materials such as demo scenarios, diagrams, and documentation to illustrate requirements

Product Validation & Quality Assurance

• Ensure developed features align with defined PBIs and business requirements
• Perform validation activities in parallel with the testing process to maintain product quality before delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Bridge System Engineer in software development projects (experience in aviation or travel domains is a strong advantage)
• Strong ability to understand business objectives and effectively communicate domain context and constraints to technical teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within Agile/Scrum environments
• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above, with the ability to communicate, read, write documentation, and work independently with Japanese clients and stakeholders
• Effective teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and Product Owners
• Proactive, adaptable, and quick-thinking mindset

• Working hours: Check-in at 8:30 AM, no check-out required
