• Research, analyze business operations, build transaction flows, regulations in online/offline transaction processing, product documents, user requirements documents to deploy financial switching and electronic clearing products and services.
• Participate in building in-depth reports in the field of card payments, retail payments, electronic payments, mobile payments, financial switching and electronic clearing...
• Participate in researching and learning about equivalent domestic and foreign products.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to analyze policies and regulations related to products and services such as fee models, regulations on operations (payment, reconciliation, verification, risk management, legal).
• Coordinate with the development team to build systems, conduct product acceptance before/after deployment.
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree or higher in a major appropriate to the assigned professional field in one of the following fields/groups: economics, finance, banking, law, information technology, electronics and telecommunications.
• English equivalent to Toeic 650+
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analysis position in a field related to one of the following fields: card payment, electronic payment, finance, banking, e-commerce
• Experience in implementing projects related to financial switching and electronic clearing systems or working at international card organizations, payment gateway providers, payment intermediaries, Fintechs, card centers, payment centers, digital banking, electronic banking... of banks and financial institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of domestic and international switching systems (IST/SWITCH), ISO 20022, ISO 8583 standards. Understanding the international clearing model is an advantage.
• Have a clear understanding of legal regulations related to the fields of card payment, money transfer, non-cash payment, foreign exchange management ordinance.
• Have a deep understanding of the reconciliation system, verification and reporting activities between Banks, Financial Institutions, State Bank and organizations providing financial switching and electronic clearing services.
• Have knowledge of accounting, financial reporting in the banking sector.
