Business Analyst (Japanese)

• Develop a deep understanding of business and system specifications, ensuring all requirements are accurately followed and implemented
• Design, create, and carry out test cases aligned with defined specifications
• Gather, analyze, and refine product requirements; continuously update documentation based on user needs and feedback
• Clearly communicate requirements to developers and team members, and track each issue or request until it is fully resolved
• Take full ownership of the product, proactively proposing enhancements and new feature ideas
• Contribute to project planning and task management to ensure timely and efficient delivery

Requirements:

• Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher
• At least 2 years of experience in roles such as BA, BrSE, or SE
• Strong understanding of requirement analysis, business processes, software development lifecycle, and change impact assessment
• Ability to read, analyze, and create basic and detailed design documents, as well as explain specifications and issues to the development team
• Ability to identify logical gaps and proactively clarify unclear requirements or specifications

Nice to have:

• Experience in web or mobile application testing
• Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs
• Experience in or strong interest in the HR Tech domain
