• Lead and facilitate analysis and feasibility assessments with stakeholders for new change initiatives to support business case development.
• Elicit, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating business needs into clear and actionable specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams during requirements validation to ensure proposed solutions align with customer expectations and business goals.
• Investigate, document, analyze, and validate system requirements and business processes.
• Define and negotiate acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality, concise, and well-structured documentation that clearly communicates business requirements to internal and external solution teams.
• Take ownership in developing key deliverables, including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Software/System Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Feature Lists.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst on business application platforms.
• Hands-on experience with UML modeling, data modeling, and user stories.
• Strong foundation in core BA competencies, including requirements engineering, business process analysis, and modeling techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
