<Job Description>

• Interact with Japanese staff to understand requirements
• Analyze requirements and create necessary documents (e.g. functional and non-functional requirements definition documents, external design documents, requirements confirmation documents)
• Correctly communicate specifications to developers
• Handle QA from members regarding specifications and environment. If necessary, cooperate with stakeholders to address the issue.
• Ensure that deliverables meet requirements
• Regularly report project progress and issues
• Communicate smoothly with LY to build a good relationship.

<Application Requirements>

• 2+ years of app/web development experience
• 1+ years of BrSE experience for Japanese projects
• Japanese N2 level or higher and good at communication
• Cheerful, open and friendly personality
• Good at stakeholder management
• Documentation skills
• Experience in leading meetings
• Negotiation skills - Critical, creative and analytical thinking
• Initiative, proactive and participation attitude
• Experience in projects that introduce various development processes (Waterfall, Agile).

• Study abroad or work experience in Japan
• Experience working at a Japanese company
• Experience in app (iOS, Android) development
• Experience in system maintenance and operation
• Knowledge or experience of project management.
