JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex tech projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of software development processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress, and adjust timelines and resources as needed.
• Define project deliverables and ensure they meet business objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, including developers, designers, QA testers, and business stakeholders.
• Motivate, guide, and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Stakeholder Management

• Regularly report project status, milestones, and risks to executive leadership.
• Manage client relationships, setting expectations, and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues to the appropriate level of management when needed.
• Ensure continuous improvement by conducting post-mortem analysis and recommending process improvements.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years proven experience in managing technology-focused projects, particularly in software development, IT infrastructure, or digital product development
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to research, analyze the market, and develop product strategies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with software development processes, including SDLC and agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
