Bridge System Engineer (BrSE/PM)

• Act as a key communication bridge between Japanese-speaking clients and the development team, ensuring clear transmission and understanding of technical requirements. 
• Manage and direct team members as a PM, overseeing progress and ensuring tasks are completed. 
• Translate technical documents, specifications, and requirements between Japanese and Vietnamese. 
• Participate in meetings with clients to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and propose solutions. 
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve issues. 
• Collaborate with developers and engineers in designing and implementing software systems and applications. 
• Conduct system testing and participate in quality assurance processes. 
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables. 
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. 

Requirements 

• Fluent in Japanese (N1/N2) 
• Experience as a Project Manager (PM) 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
• The required programming languages include PHP, Python, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including various frameworks and libraries), as well as AWS. 
• Proven track record as a System Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role. 
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. 
• Proficiency in translating technical documents and specifications between Japanese and Vietnamese.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with Agile development practices is a plus.
