About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our AdTech team and lead the next evolution of our Data Insights Platform-a Looker Studio dashboard used by global CPG brands to understand campaign and sales performance across our delivery apps.

You’ll improve data quality, integrate new sources like audience segmentation and competitor benchmarks, and optimize pipelines built with Airflow, BigQuery, and GCP. The goal: deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights to advertisers.

This role goes beyond pipelines-you’ll work closely with Product and Analytics to ensure data reflects the business logic and helps brands make smarter decisions. Strong ownership, business understanding, and proactivity are key.

What You’ll Do

• Improve data quality, schema hygiene, and SLA reliability
• Integrate new data sources such as audience segments and category benchmarks
• Optimize and scale Airflow + BigQuery pipelines for performance and clarity
• Add observability, alerting, and data quality checks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape business logic and dashboard outputs
• Support and evolve Looker Studio dashboards used by external CPGs

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong Python and SQL (BigQuery) skills
• Solid experience with GCP, BigQuery, Airflow
• Familiarity with data quality best practices (validation, monitoring, SLAs)
• Experience working with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker Studio)
• Able to work independently, drive projects, and align with business goals
• Comfortable working in Central European Time (CET) hours

Nice to Haves:

• AdTech or campaign analytics experience
• Experience with streaming frameworks like Flink
• Exposure to backend services or frontend tools like React
