Scope of Work

  • Lead business development activities for recruitment platform services, focusing on Korean companies operating in Vietnam.
  • Analyze market trends and develop sales strategies and revenue forecasts.
  • Identify, approach, and manage relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize service agreements with customers.
  • Provide consultation and maintain long-term partnerships with clients to ensure service satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong English communication skills (TOEIC 750 or equivalent preferred).
  • Basic ability to communicate in Vietnamese.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Male candidates must have completed or be exempt from military service and have no restrictions on international travel.
