• Design and implement animations for characters, items, and UI components in Casual/Puzzle games
• Produce engaging, user-centered motion that enhances gameplay experience
• Continuously improve animation techniques through learning and experimentation
• Collaborate with team leaders and contribute ideas during concept development

Qualifications

• Academic background in animation, multimedia design, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong foundation in animation principles, character movement, and visual storytelling
• Understanding of anatomy, perspective, and color application in 2D animation tools such as Spine

Technical Skills

• Skilled in Spine and Adobe Photoshop
• Capable of creating fluid, expressive, and well-paced animations
• Good visual composition sense and ability to integrate motion with effects
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Design and Development teams
• Experience with tools like After Effects, Maya, Blender, or Unity is advantageous
• Illustration ability is considered a plus
