Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the applications used by customers,
  • primarily on eCommerce platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research and utilize resources to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product features, enhancements, and industry trends to provide informed customer support.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical learning abilities with a demonstrated aptitude for understanding and
  • troubleshooting software applications.
  • Previous experience in eCommerce is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Candidates do not need to be native English speakers but must possess clear and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to provide phone support and conduct Zoom calls with customers.
  • Independent and dependable work ethic with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical customers.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and workflows.

Working time: 13:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday
