Mô tả công việc
- Experienced in managing a development team;
- Extensive experience in database design, basic design, detailed design, and UML;
- Ability to receive requests directly from product manager, then analyze and discuss among stakeholders for clarification;
- Participate in business clarification, solution design, and system upgrade development as required;
- Problem-solving: ideation, design, coding, code review, system optimization to meet high traffic;
- Researching and applying new technologies to improve quality and optimize development resources;
- Organize, deploy and assign tasks to team members;
- Training and improving knowledge and skills of team members.
- 2-3+ year(s) of experiences;
- Analyze the needs of end-users and choose the application to meet those needs;
- Ensure current applications are up to date and consistent with the deployment of new applications;
- Other duties may include developing troubleshooting programs and monitoring system modifications;
- Create and implement risk reduction processes and conduct security audits to identify weaknesses in applications;
- Can provide solutions for high-performance and scalable architecture;
- Experience in backend technologies (NodeJS, Java, Go), Restful APIs, Databases (MongoDB, Cassandra), Web Servers (Nginx, Apache);
- Good and reliable teamwork.
