The Job
Report to Payroll Team Leader
- Carry out payroll processing calculations assigned by the Team Leader using the correct systems and processes to deliver high-quality service on time, following company processes and procedures, and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Create update and monitor admin job list with the shared admin team.
- Be the Person In Charge (PIC) for assigned Large / Key customers.
- Communicate confidently with customers and payees both verbal and written (email) in Vietnamese and English.
- Solve Customer Service / Payee issues within 24 hours or escalate to the Team Leader.
- Quality check services delivery and communicate findings to the team and management before sending them out to clients;
- Daily report to Team Leader, proactively highlight potential problems with suggested solutions.
- Support Team Leader to deliver training and development plans for junior team members (if any).
- Build and maintain to observe the payroll process;
- On behalf of the team leader to answer client’s inquiries in a timely manner as needed;
- Any other tasks assigned by the line manager from time to time.
The Person
HR2B is looking for an active, mature, and talented Senior Payroll Specialist to join the payroll service team. To apply you must have;
- A University Degree
- Over 3 years experience in payroll/ SIMIUI/ PIT/ labor law;
- Customer service-oriented;
- Good English skills
- Strong computer skills;
- Calm, friendly, outgoing, able to lead a small team;

- Highly organized and energetic.
